Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Finkus & Co UAB, a company registered in Lithuania, trading as Firm & Fair — The Negotiation Agency("we", "us"). For privacy questions, contact info@firmandfair.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form data: name, company, email address, message content, and your indication of interest in a discovery call.
  • Email correspondence you send us directly.
  • Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, request timestamps) for security and reliability.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and deliver services you request — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
  • To keep records required by Lithuanian and EU law — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
  • To secure and improve the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors who help us run the site and respond to you — currently our hosting and database provider. They process data on our instructions under written agreements, with appropriate safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area (EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices) are retained for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • request erasure or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • data portability where applicable;
  • lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@firmandfair.com.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for core functionality (e.g. remembering session preferences). We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will request consent first as required by the EU ePrivacy Directive.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised.

This policy is provided as a starting template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before relying on it for production use.
